Removing water from a job site requires a number of techniques and can incorporate quite a few different products. Whenever water is pumped from the site silt control measures need to be put in place to control silt. This can include silt fences, settling ponds, silt bags, or other methods. Layfield has many materials available for site dewatering.

Featured products include silt bags, silt fences, and geomembranes for settling ponds. Layfield also provides sludge tubes for dewatering sludges. On sites where ground water is an issue we can provide vertical wick drains to promote site drainage. This is typical in the building of embankments and in preloads.
