Paving Systems

Layfield has always provided geotextiles for separation and reinforcement of paved roads and parking lots. Now we also offer unique permeable paving products to reduce the runoff intensity of a site. Permeable pavement structures and storm storage systems that can be placed under parking lots are changing the way we deal with storm water in the urban environment.

Layfield’s feature paving product is the Geoblock permeable paver. This plastic block material can be used to create a reinforced grass or gravel roadway that can easily support the weight of a fire truck. Other products such as storm storage systems allow you to place storm water under paved parking lots which prevents the loss of parking space to ponds or other storm water structures. Finally Layfield continues to offer a wide range of geotextiles and geogrids for use as base reinforcement under your pavement structures to help prevent cracking and rutting.

"Thank you for working on my quote over the weekend, that kind of service is rare these days." Matt, BC Logging Company
