Road and Bridge Construction

Roads and bridges require a number of reinforcement materials for base reinforcement, slope reinforcement, and for grade separation. Layfield provides all types of reinforcement geosynthetics as well as block and panel retaining wall systems. We also install wick drains for soil consolidation under embankments and bridge abutments.

Featured road and bridge construction products include prefabricated vertical drain (wick drain) installation, steepened slope and embankment reinforcement, base reinforcement, panel wall systems and design, and storm water pond liners. We also provide a full range of construction geosynthetics such as insulated concrete curing blankets, tarpaulins, erosion control, silt fence and sediment control. If you are working in the water make sure you look at our turbidity barriers and Aqua Dams for effective sediment control.

"Thank you for working on my quote over the weekend, that kind of service is rare these days." Matt, BC Logging Company
