Parks

There are many uses for geosynthetics in parks. These include the use of geotextiles for the construction of roads and trails, geogrids for reinforced slopes, erosion control for restoration of slopes, and stream and channel rehabilitation products for repairing streams and restoring fish habitat. We also supply construction materials to parks for protection of the environment during construction activities. These include silt fences and silt control devices, turbidity curtains, and Aqua Dams.

Our featured products for parks are our permeable paving products Geoblock and Geoweb. These products can help you create more natural looking trails and roads in parks without having to use asphalt or other impermeable pavements. Permeable pavements allow better drainage, are lighter and less damaging to the local environment, and can be placed in sensitive ecosystems with a minimum of disruption.

"Thanks a lot for getting that grid out on Saturday! Sorry for the trouble, but your effort is appreciated! It's why we deal with Layfield." Mick, Oilfield Remediation & Reclamation Services Company
