Layfield has provided unique services to the US Army Corps of Engineers and has other products that may be of use in the future. Layfield offers a line of turbidity curtains that meet USACE design standards. We also offer geomembrane, geotextile, geogrids and other construction products for local procurement.

Our featured product for the USACE is our Aqua Dam temporary coffer dam. This versatile dam is inflated with water to provide temporary water diversion for stream crossings, shoreline reconstruction, canal repair, or flood control. Aqua Dams have been used to isolate sections of the concrete liner in California main canal for repairs. Aqua Dams are also an excellent emergency flood control tool that can be rapidly deployed in many flood situations.
