Debris Control Floating Cover

Layfield's floating covers will provide protection from debris getting into a pond. The covers will help to exclude dust, leaves, and any other windblown material from getting into the protected water. Keeping organic matter out of treated potable water ponds is an important step in preventing the formation of trihalomethanes and other taste and odor causing chemicals.

Our feature product for debris control is our REVOC Cable Tensioned cover system. In areas where windblown debris is significant the REVOC Cable Tensioned cover provides a flat surface for the easiest in cleaning and maintenance. REVOC Cable Tensioned covers are essentially flat covers with a fold around the perimeter held in position with cables and tensioners. These flat covers are easily cleaned by sweeping or by hosing them down. REVOC Cable Tensioned covers can be adapted for large and small ponds and are especially suitable for potable water tanks.
