Waste Water Primary Containment

This pulp mill uses PVC lined ponds for wastewater treatmentLayfield provides pond liners and covers for most waste water applications. Our complete line of geomembranes can contain any type of waste water from agricultural manure storage to municipal sewage and commercial waste water. We provide a number of floating cover types to control odors, algae buildup, and temperature as well as covers to collect biogas. We also make floating baffle curtains to improve the flow characteristics of a treatment pond.

Layfield’s featured products for waste water applications are our floating covers. Our REVOC Biogas Collection covers collect valuable biogas for use in generating electricity and other uses. Our REVOC Evaporation/Algae Control covers are an inexpensive way of controlling algae buildup in treatment ponds. Our REVOC Insulated covers are a way of controlling pond temperatures which can extend the treatment season or prevent the loss of process heat. Layfield can design, construct, and maintain covers for all of your waste water applications.
