Social Responsibility

Layfield believes in being a good corporate citizen wherever and whenever we operate.
We believe that we are stewards of our environment and are committed to being socially responsible for all aspects of our business.

Layfield defines our Corporate Social Responsibilities as:

Conducting our business ethically and in a socially responsible manner;
Protecting our environment and the safety of our people;
Respecting and supporting our communities and cultures we work within; and
Supporting and fostering Human Rights, diversity, and individual achievement.

It is important that each Employee comply with Layfield’s Corporate Social Responsibility Policy to preserve the integrity of the company’s business and its reputation with co-workers, customers, stakeholders, suppliers, competitors and the communities in which we all live and work.

In addition, every year members of the Layfield family volunteer their time and money to make the places we live and work in better for everyone. This has resulted in supporting initiatives such as shoreline clean-up, building homes for those in need, and donating to a variety of charities throughout the year.

No matter where we are or what we are doing, we always:
