Layfield has been active in the mining industry for over 30 years supplying liners for tailings dams, secondary containments, heap leach pads, landfills, and ponds. We are uniquely experienced in working at remote sites in the Arctic and in other regions. We also have developed the ability to install materials in very cold weather which can accelerate your mine development project.

Layfield manufactures, fabricates and installs liners for ponds, pads, and dams during mine development as well as many specialty products. During mine operations we offer maintenance services and supply blast hole liners, tarpaulins and silt control devices. At the completion of mining operations Layfield can assist in reclamation providing soil remediation liners, landfills, and sludge capping and dewatering solutions.
